Thing that has really got Indians mad is that BD was the first country that openly asked Malaysia to make an offer for former Indian Palm oil.

They thought that BD was their little bitch all this time!

Bangladesh should take advantage of the opportunity. It could probably get a good deal on a refined product.

.
And so?

India has a 7 US billion dollar trade surplus with BD.

Want to sanction BD?

Why on earth should we. Bangladesh is a friendly country and we are quite happy to trade. Your govt is constantly trying to improve and deepen relations with India. Thats the reality.

Buyer(BD) has indicated interest and Malaysia will respond with offer. That is the way that international trade works.

Loving the fact that BD got this opportunity to slap India down over the lies of so-called "illegal BD'shis" and showing solidarity with Kashmiris and Malaysians at the same time.:enjoy:

This is just a hot fart in hurricane. Words Words Words from a infantile frustrated keyboard jockey. Dont talk. BUY

Malaysia has a great leader in Mahathir.

You stupid?

Unless Malaysia makes an offer BD cannot buy.

Should BD just go and steal Malaysian Palm Oil?

I have asked Trump today to sell his surplus F34 for my patio. Has that made BD jealous ??:bounce::bounce: When you actually buy all that palm oil then the tramp down the street may not notice. But more hot farts are best kept for those cold winter nights

Some posters from BD are like begana shadi main abdullah diwana...These so called Bengalis do not have the courage to go to Pakistan for cricket tour and showing so much attitude inspite of Pakistan is a muslim country. And here they are talking about Muslim solidarity for palm oil...Hypocrisy at its best.

Lol. We would simply ask Haseena to better that trade surplus even more. She'll oblige. Its not like you have any control over your country.

Come back, when Bangladesh actually imports more from Malaysia. Until then, shut up. You are not a player here. You are a miniscule country in terms of global politics.

If Malaysia feels they are too small for India, then what is Bangladesh? Seriously.

You are trying to teach diplomacy to a country that has zero international clout.

.
Irrespective National interest is supreme.
But India didnt do this out of national interest, it did it out of national irritation @ Malaysia's PM. You guys are acting ideologically(financially) too early and giving your citizens higher prices when we know most are on the lower side of purchasing power.

I’m not a big fan of Indian retaliation with trade as leverage. Perhaps it would have been wise to use diplomacy to bring the Malaysian government back into neutral zone on Kashmir. Malaysians would have been more receptive to that after Pakistan’s decision to back out of the summit.
I agree!!! Throwing tantrums like this sends the wrong signal to other countries watching.

Dude....

BD exports to India have grown by 30-40% a year over the last 3 years to reach 1.25 billion US dollars last fiscal.

Desperate India knew that sanctions from BD was coming and so finally opened it's market.

Please you talk too much. You overhype too much. This is not related to BD and it has no locus standi here. Bangladesh itself says CAA, NRC and Kashmir are India's internal matter. You seem to think with this, BD is showing brazen guts against India. Lol.

Bangladesh simply bargained for a better price looking at the scenario and wanted to take advantage of Malaysia. Malaysia just as simply ignored you. You turned this entire thing as Bangladesh standing up to Indian bullying. No, its not. And it can't. You'll realise it when Haseena is no longer at the helm and when you have anti-india government in BD. You are destined to live under India's shadow forever to come.

How do you know Malaysia ignored BD?

Do you have some inside source?

How do you know BD is going to increase its palm oil imports from Malaysia? It just asked for a better price. Thats all. You kept running around the thread as if Bangladesh is going against India and benefitting Malaysia.

1) Its not going against India - otherwise they would have sanctioned Indian imports to Bangladesh in the first place before signing up for additional palm oil with Malaysia.
2) Its not out to benefit Malaysia - otherwise they would not have been negotiating on the price at this time.

Bangladesh was simply taking advantage of situation like all other muslim countries do to each other.

Its been 10 days since the offer from Bangladesh came, not even a simple response from Malaysian side. They wouldn't issue a response because they much rather appease India and come out of this situation than be taken advantage of by a puny country.
