This is amazing. How far our people can go for Indian cows. HAHAHA.
BD is now self sufficient in beef production. Why don't you buy cows legally from other countries instead of risking lives? Buy from Nepal, Burma, Sri Lanka etc.
our people??u mean "indian people"...??...This is amazing. How far our people can go for Indian cows. HAHAHA.
Whilst we are culling the Bangladeshi smugglers left, right and center, their collaborators the illegal Bengali Muslims in the bordering districts of Dhuburi, Karimganj and Hailakandi in Assam mostly escape scot-free. They too deserve a bullet in their sorry rears, these Bangladeshi smugglers are only a part of the problem.
Brother, i think you have already let us know about the high prices of desi goru in Bangladesh. Beef is priced very high in your country, and i am sorry to see that you have to satisfy yourselves with the old and less tasty variant of the cow meat. But hey, anything for a piece of that chui-jhaal or kala bhuna or the shatkora.Indian cows are like drugs for Bangladeshis. The more we get the more we want. The 'Deshi' or 'Desi' cow are also mostly from India's West Bengal & Assam. The type of cows that are called 'Indian' cows are generally from North Indian varieties. Good cows are raely imported from North India but old cows are imported mostly from North India. Blame North Indians also for giving away their cows to bordering areas to let Bangladeshi smugglers chance to import cows illegally from India in such innovative ways.

Same thing repeats in the case of your ilish, we Assamese aren't the greatest fans of that fish, but the fish vendors let us know that the best ilish in our markets are from BD. They say that the BD traders reserve the best fish for the Indian markets as the worth here is more.
Looks good but seems very spicy to me, though beef consumption is prohibited in our community and my family would ostracize me if they were to know that i've eaten the forbidden thing, i have tasted it during my visits to Meghalaya, Nagaland and Arunachal(mithun meat which is far tastier than beef). NE beef recipes require very few ingredients like fermented soybean paste(very stinky, slimy and tasty), bamboo shoots, raja mircha, sichuan peppers and ginger. There is nothing comparable to 'Deshi' / 'Desi' Gorur mangsho (Beef). Its incredible. I think Hindus really miss the taste of well cooked Desi beef. Yummy.
Kala Bhuna is called 'Kosha' in West Bengal. They use mutton to prepare kosha but beef Kosha or Kala Bhuna is incredible in taste.
Ilish fish is national fish of Bangladesh but it also so high priced that we occasionally eat the fish. Most Bangladeshi Ilish is consumed by Indian Bengalis and we are left with high priced leftovers.
