Its only jannat once you move away from the towns..Srinagar is positively a claustrophobic nightmare..cluttered beyond reason in many places...on the other hand were you to get a NOC and venture towards Kupwara it is indeed like heaven in its appearance and aesthetics.

If Kashmir is hell then what is Karachi in comparison ??

The people who were responsible for making the valley "hell" are actually reaping what they have sown, as the dogs they once trained and unleashed have now turned on their masters (sample the notorious "freedom fighter" Mast Gul)

Its only jannat once you move away from the towns..Srinagar is positively a claustrophobic nightmare..cluttered beyond reason in many places...on the other hand were you to get a NOC and venture towards Kupwara it is indeed like heaven in its appearance and aesthetics.

Have'nt been to the valley, though I visit Vaishno Devi almost every 2 years. Planning to go to Gulmarg this year's end though. And of course the Ladakh biketrip is on my bucketlist

Yes the valley is not oft visited by the young since Macloed and Kasaul take up all the northern fame thanks to the chicks and dope. Yet it is worth visiting, many a kind fellow to meet and many a splendid trail to follow.

Yes we can go on and on, as we have in countless Kashmir threads. And the end result? You and me will both log out in 15-20 mins, go about our daily lives and nothing would have changed . Why? Because the fate of that region has already been decided and there is no use flaming over it on an internet forum . Ciao
