These are not Extra Birds but are 'the part of Initially Authorised 14' F-16 (during the period of 2005 till 2008) only 12 were delivered earlier the rest of two were for some reason were not delivered .... following is the EDA Database screenshot

Nai bhai... It was made only for UAE.. US is working on more advanced fighter jet such as F16V but, it would be too expensive aur uncle sam bilkul razamand nai honge dene k liye. Block 52 ek lollipop hai jo unho ne buray waqton k liye bacha k rakha hai. These 2 aircrafts are one of the example.

92622 (cn DH-10) This Viper was to be delivered to Pakistan but was embargoed and stored in AMARC in July 1994. Then was transferred to 416 FLTS 'ED' in January 2003 and now is delivered finally to the initial customer.

love it. More are being cleaned up and coming. Btw, Viper from PDF has been saying it for a while that more used Vipers are coming.

Even new ones are on the card but Pakistan doesn't like the delivery dates as they'll get manufactured in 2018 and final flying clearance into PAF towards the end of 2018 - early 2019. LM's entire assembly systems has been taken up by higher priority items such as -35's in very large numbers.

Pakistan order all togather 142 F16 , out which that's what Pak received. Remove stop work and embargoed.

Some guy on twitter is saying that these are our own Jets which were sent off to the US for MLU.

Two-seater F-16B Fighting Falcon serial number 92622 and single-seater F-16A Fighting Falcon serial number 92731 were delivered to Pakistan Air Force (PAF) in July/August 2015.

The two F-16s on their delivery flight to Pakistan were seen at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal, in July/August 2015.

Following photo shows F-16B Fighting Falcon serial number 92622 departing from Lajes on August 3, 2015, for delivery flight to Pakistan. Pakistan flag on vertical stabiliser is covered with temporary USAF roundel sticker
Delivery of these F-16s to Pakistan was delayed due to military sanctions imposed by USA in 1990s.

Was delivery of these two F-16s mentioned in Pakistani news media?
