it is the nature of USA and it is its right. PAF should try to get alternate of F 16 from China such as J 10.

.
Thanks for the Info.
So USA has still not released the 14 embargoed F-16s

Most embargoed F16s were flying in US as the "Aggressor" squadron due to their dissimilar configuration. Most of these aircraft are back in Pakistan, undergone MLU, and now serving in various CAS squadrons.

Of 28 embargoed jets only 14 were returned.

There is nothing that needed to be "returned", as the US compensated Pakistan for this embargo through other means. The release of these was due to friendly gesture of the US, to allow these to go back, even with the compensation provided.

Also, the remainder 14 and many other used one were available to Pakistan, majority of which, used and for like 40% of the price tag compared to the original ones. But Pakistan didn't want too many flying miles on the air-frames. So they instead opted for block 52, which were provided and a follow up order has been submitted, with more to come later.

In fact, US did offer them but PAF refused them as they had been in service with USN, and pushed very hard that the salty sea air was showing it's effect on the airframes.

I don't think USN deployed any of those F-16s on an aircraft carrier. They were not modified to carrier requirements.

They were used by USN for aggressor training.

Indeed, US had compensated Pakistan for the F-16s, but this matter was symbolic and political. The F-16s were given at lower prices to help the Musharraf regime. However, out of the original 28, 14 were cherry picked by PAF based on cycles and airframe condition.
