Agreed. if it was "really" against China in iiok or south tibet, the meeting would've been with u.s. air force officials cuz in those theaters, u.s. special ops can't help, technology in the air can. the u.s. special ops meeting is a clear indication that india is getting forced into afghanistan at lunpoint! and no, that wasn't a typo!
