India and USA have deep collaboration in Afghanistan when it comes to proxy warfare. TTP and its offshoot ISIS are both their creation.

1st there is the interview of TTP chief with IS flag, the interview didnt come out of the no where but was planned. This is to create a rift between Pakistan and AT and change public perception in Pakistan and to force Pakistan into a confrontation with AT.
2nd as soon as China met AT, they started playing old ETIM videos ( when north was completely under kabul regime) to create rift between AT and China.
