Greek fighter jets tried to intercept Turkish jets while conducting DENIZKURDU 2019 exercise but they were forced to return. The Turkish jets are giving salutes to the our ships from two flanks.

TCG Burgazada was intercepted by a Greek FAC P69 Krystallidis in international waters while completing objective part of DENIZKURDU 2019 exercise. The Greek FAC was forced to leave due to warnings by the Turkish Navy after maneuvers endangering the safety of movement. Not wanted accidents were avoided due to the cold blooded reaction of the Turkish Navy. This is at least the second accident in DENIZKURDU 2019 involving the Greek forces.
