But I've reading recently on how China-Israel ties are warming up, with the Chinese Army General visiting Israel and all. What's the official China stand on Israel and Palestine?

The idea is to keep the status quo if possible.

Lately though, China has been tilting more towards the Palestinian side. I've already posted the article where China officially recognized the Palestinian state, despite strong opposition from Israel.

China also helps Iran with their missile program, and China is the number one buyer of IRANIAN oil, which infuriates the Israelis even further. They can't be happy with the fact that much of the military hardware that Iran aims at Israel has been developed with the help of China, as well as China providing Iran with the most oil revenue.

It's simple geopolitics. What does China need more than anything else? Resources.

Where are the most resource-rich regions? In the Middle East, Central Asia, etc. Regions which are predominantly Muslim.

Israel can't feed our massive growth in demand for resources. The only thing they can really provide, is military technology... and the USA prevents them from selling it to us. So what is the point?

Turkey starts a war with Israel by sailing its navy into Israeli waters escorting a propoganda fleet sailing to gaza rather than just sending supplies through Egypt then Turkey is on its own. Nato is a defense organisation.



Some one attacks Turkey they come to its aid, Erdoğan starts a war with Israel becuse he is butt hurt over the report Turkey is on its own.

Are NZ the unimportant country NATO member or not? Why does everybody want to act as a NATO representative who the f... are you to teach NATO what to do? Do you silly NZder know better then the NATO command, do you have an idea how important Turkey is for the NATO? Without Turkey NATO will loose so much power it wouldnt be important alliance anymore.
