A nation needs outspoken people to tell the truth, however uncomfortable.Has PA or ISI ever claimed that Hamid Mir or his channel were working against them or against Pakistan? Disinfo, manufacturing rumors,character assassination, etc are weapons deployed in psy warfare. There are trained people/agencies employed for this.False flag ops are also integrated into this effort.

If I agree with you for a moment then Pakistan has been doing it since beginning and it is not working. In Balochistan it has been utter failure, Bangladesh is still asking for a bloody apology after we lost it, tribal areas have become hell and no Pakistan can even go there, this strategy has been failed in Karachi, in Afghanistan our dream of strategic depth is taking last breaths.. this is creating more ruffians! Every country has it's own ground realities,.. since all these measures have proven to be more fatal what is wrong in think some other way out? Law is there if it is properly investigated. Which constitution and what Human rights. According to constitution it is responsibility of state to provide for security of each individual. State is to ensure that religious freedom is granted to every citizen. It is the responsibility of state to ensure basic needs of each Pakistani is met, which means food, shelter, education and health.

Have you read the constitution? I have. If this constitution before the (18th amendment) has all the elements of an ideal state provided those articles are followed. Each and every politician has been violating all the articles of this so called sacred book. they have been abrogating constitution from day one, to date.

My dear this is what you are not understanding. This electoral system cannot accomplish the task of kicking out corrupt and failed politicians. And army moves only when they see that federation is in danger, which is perfectly inline with their oath and charter of duty. Just by saying it treason does not change the mandate with them written in their charter of duties and make them traitors.

The Armed Forces shall, under the directions of the Federal Government, defend Pakistan against external aggression or threat of war, and, subject to law, act in aid of civil power when called upon to do so."

That is all. Seeing danger and usurping power for itself is nowhere to be found.

Laws are never interpreted in isolation. These statutory laws go in hierarchy, thus read in conjunction with.each other. Had this not been the case these politicians would have put to trial the graves of previous military rulers. They are ruthless when it comes to their interest. Or if passes a resolution by 2/3rd majority that President of Pakistan should always be a Caucasian, should it be allowed?

Also, an elected government cannot do the things you mention, because there are safeguards within the Constitution itself to prevent them.

A petition has been filed at a sessions’ court, seeking registration of treason case against Jang and Geo group and its owner Mir Shakeelur Rehman, a private news channel reportedMonday.
A petitioner, Sardar Aftab Ahmed, said Jang and Geo group had attempted to malign Pakistan Army and its subsidiary institution –Inter Services Intelligence (ISI).
He maintained that no inquiry had been launched into the attack on Hamid Mir, while key security institutions of the country were blamed for the offence.
The petitioner alleged that Jang and Geo group connived with foreign powers to malign security institutions of Pakistan.
He requested the court to issue orders for lodging treason case against Mir Shakeelur Rehman and Amir Mir, brother of Hamid Mir.
The court sought report from the Lahore police chief and SHO concerned and adjourned the hearing tillApril 23.

This change has to be brought in by an established institution. I in no way say that armed forces should rule the country, but for now the only sliver light at the end of tunnel is them.

Gen Pervaiz Musharaf had this chance which he wasted. We need someone who is not as humane as he was. Change cannot come without "Bali" and blood bath of corrupt and selfish, may those be from political parties, judiciary or civil service. In reverse order of priority.

I didnt write such a THING...Just because 1 angry man full of hate issued one petition ...does it mean the rest of us who are asking GEO for proof for maligning ISI are the same? It literally means that GEO just did what this petitioner did...Malign without evidence! SO...where do you stand?
