the merkavas are better than anything pakistan has..

On specs AK beats Merkavas plus we have the numbers.

its not about arty alone...its about a well rounded equipment and how technology is used as a force multiplier in maximising the effectiveness....

We have both numbers and tech ...

israel leads in some areas, pakistan has advantages in other areas and hence essentially a stalemate..

American support is all i could think off.

the only thing worth mentioning in both navies are their subs.....right now pak has 5 agostas and israel has about 6 u 212s....and u 212 more capable than agosta..

No they have 3 dolphins we have 5 with AIP MESMA and 6 on order...while they have 3... also U-212s are not superior to Agostas... U-214s are.

they have about 350 f-16s and 85 f-15s..that is some serious stuff...

Even turkey doesnt operate more than 232-4 F-16s and they produce them... israel also leased us jets... and there are

and their phalcon awacs is far better than the saab paf operates....

We have 8-9 awacs more than enough to cover our entire country.

bring in the spyder SAM, barak SAM, ARROW defence system...pakistan has no answer to that...

KJ-7,(Vixen or Chinese 1200 mod AESA on JF-17).... MAR-1,MAR-1B,SD-10B,AMRAAM,AIM-120C...indigenous BVR progs etc

their EW capabilities are something that would be the envy of other nations except usa....

US made EW suites on our f-16s,european,chinese,indigenous on others.. even KG-300 based on israeli techs being used on JF-17s.

I wonder why Yemen was left out of this? No Oil perhaps?

Yemen is alot poorer and has Militants which the current Saleh government was battling Including Iranian Influences that needs to be cleared out before they can join the GCC, Currently Jordan intends on joining it, GGC could become the strongest Military in the Middle East. they are focusing on a EU like Union with a Single Arab Military. Jordan is likely the next country to join it.

UK & France: both have decent sized armies, equipped which top notch gear and got the money,logistics and industrial strength to fight a long war,means they can finish what started.

Israel:has got world class training,equipment and weapons. It can mobilize its reserve personal faster than most countries can get their active men for combat.But can last only last a few months in an all out war, which is still longer than Pakistan could.

Moreover, Israel and Briton are known for their excellent tactics and military planning, something Pak army notoriously lacks, historically.
