The rise of the Cyber Hindu

O BC! Just look at this, in the morning at wankhade Mr.#AkhandChutiya was Spotted, and see the reaction of crowd at his entry. Entire stadium trolled him at his entry:woot: and shouted Modi Modi Modi!

Now the paidmedia will say "Stadium Hindus" at wankhade
shouted Modi Modi at #AkhandChutiya's Entry........:rofl::rofl:

Tolerance is a rung below respect in the proverbial ladder..it is the term that we have adopted..one need not agree/respect the other person's view/religion/mannerisms...only tolerate it as long as it is not in violation of his own fundamental rights...respect would be a difficult notion to inculcate..

I am aware and hence this pointed question.

Without Mutual Respect, secularism is a sham. A Burqa of secularism that hides hate and bigotry.

There can never be unification of India with such hypocrisy getting state sanction. It will always be a country divided on religious lines, managing never to heal hearts but attempting to only hide the hate that lurks within.

It is a sure recipe for disaster. A tinder box waiting to explode and one which can easily be exploited by people wanting to expose, widen or deepen this divide.

Ewwwwwwww...........this is f*ing DISGUSTING. Amit Shah should have at least thought of his own age before going after that poor woman. Asaram Bapu and Amit Shah now have a lot in common!

So now all Home Ministers needs to verify the age, sex and marital status of potential terrorist an their sympathizers before surveillance ? :p:

That is true to a certain extent and yet respect can neither be forced nor engineered...there are Muslims who just cannot stomach the notion of someone saying anything contrary to what their book propagates, there are Hindus who cannot stomach the idea of consuming beef and that there is a portion of the citizenry which does indeed do so, there are Christians who squirm at the notion marrying into a Hindu household. Propagating respect is a difficult proposition and thus we settled on tolerance, tolerance which is the minimum requisite for a relatively stable society, it is after all relativity that matters. We cannot ensure that everyone will treat each other as equals all the time but we can ensure that there is suitable legislation enabling people to avoid and rise above discrimination most of the time (it is the nature of said legislation and not the actual enforcement of it which is being referred to here) but if you or someone else tried to preach respect and/or equality you would earn yourself a shovel to the face.

We cannot ensure that everyone will treat each other as equals all the time but we can ensure that there are enough regulations enabling people to avoid and rise above discrimination most of the time (it is the nature of said regulation and not the actual enforcement of it which is being referred to here) but if you or someone else tried to preach respect and/or equality you would earn yourself a shovel to the face.

You are wrong when you say respect cannot be engineered and forced.

Its called implementing the Rule of Law.

Respect is engineered by making compromise that does not affect peoples fundamental rights and which does not offend others and which does not goes against the basic premise of the laws of natural justice. The same way it is engineered in a household with different members, the same way it is engineered between husband and wives.

Mutual respect is NOT about treating each other as equal but Respecting his beliefs and traditions. Be it his religious beliefs or his political beliefs or his sexual beliefs etc..

Many whites found blacks in their place of work or education institution etc. offensive. Enforcing Mutual Respect has found a society that now has managed to eliminate such a deep and easily identifiable social divide. Hindu Muslim divide is much easier to resolve if Mutual Respect can be implemented and enforced.
