So it is proved that Pakistan is not punjab dominated. also ppl complaining about that punjab is given the biggest share in nfc. so what's wrong they have the largest population and biggest revenue generators and still they leave some part for their genuine share for smaller provinces.
reality is its our politicians that are keeping you backward not punjab. everyday i see ppl complaining punjab and i think its my responsibilty as pakistani to correct them.

Iskander Mirza is not Pathan:

Lets carve up all provinces into 30 odd admin units. Punjab is 62% of Pakistan being lead by a psychotic mass murderer.

We need better govt on a smaller level. Small units would destroy sardari culture, and by design would not allow a moronic CM to spend 45% of provincial budget on Lahore.

More provinces, e-govt, local body govts would mean a stronger center and weaker sardari nizam, low corruption, better and productive govt.

bad idea…. more provinces means more bureaucracy and government, which means more corruption and more expenses….
plus i don't think we should split punjab up or any other province for that matter.

the recent election proves that pakistan's fate is decided in punjab. You need to break punjab or should have further devolution of power from center.

Why does all states that score high on govt performance have more administrative units? - Switzerland, Turkey, Japan, US, Germany?

.
qom parast attitudes are dying out anyway thankfully, that was evidence enough to prove the punjab domination myth wrong.

. . . .
Well your judgement is wrong, it's not about leaders ethnicity that counts.

The economic hub, industrial base, goverance and all beauracracy is 90% filled by Punjabis and educated Punjabis....and certainly Punjab being the largest & most high in numbers MUST get the highest shares too.

.
LOL! When was the last time you were in Karnal ? And Haryana was part of Denmark before the division.

Psss! That was a rhetorical question anyway.

Punjabi mean someone who speak one of punjabi dialects. West of sutlej is punjabi land.

states in the us are huge sometimes they are bigger then some countries….
but all the states you mentioned are developed , people do less corruption to begin with… pakistan has no shortage of government official we have tons…. like down to the union councils. why split it up even more when they can simply try to manage it better??.
we have state governments and then the state is divided in to zila, then union councils ect…. like its already divided up if you look at it… like why have a brand new governor and chief minister, from gujrat and jehlum ect…
plus the more poorer areas in like southern parts of punjab will get left behind… and areas like gujrat and jehlum will boom because all of our taxes will be spent on us instead of being divided and distributed through out the state ect…

They didn't start as developed states. Any advanced economy you pick, you would see a robust local govt system and devolution of power in its governance fabric. I, don't know you have lived in Pakistan or not, however under Musharraf we had a very good LG system which lead to greater funds distribution and infrastructure projects spread to far flung villages!

Pakistan not only needs almost 30 or so provinces on administrative lines but also needs to create a robust and self sustaining LG system linked with a centralized e-govt apparatus, similar to military's C4I.
