ANTIBODY sir, what do you have to say about Amino acids used after training?

I'm 21 years, was 75kgs before I started working out and 2 times cardio/jogging a week.
Now i'm 73 kgs...and busy for like 2 months now.

I don't want to lose weight, want to gain weight instead and mass ofcourse, but not bodyfat, raw muscles ofcourse.

I drink a proteine shake after every workout...

I work out 2-3 times a week, full body training, althought I think it could be more effective.

Any tips?

marketing companies overinflate the protien need by body to 1gm/pound body lean weight ---- safe bet is 1gm protien/kg lean body weight---- not total kg body weight

you can lose body fat and gain muscle concurrently for the first monthly only --after that you have to do 'cycling' --first part of the cycle for some months, then 2nd part for some months

preworkout
carbs 2:1 protiens

you can add 2 tsf of galaxoseD and 1 scoop of whey protien [not individual amino acids] --- this will increase your lean muscl plus add some fat---- couple this nutrition with multijoint exercises

2nd step in this 'cycling' is to increase cardio to burn fat but retain the muslce youve built

in choosing muscle building exercises , google compound multijoint exercises --- out of the 12, select 6 [1/every body part] --spread them in 2 , 3 days- dont miss those exercises --- isolation exercises like biceps curls should be of least priority

workout 4 days /wk ---45 minutes/workout

Thank you for the valuable info, if you don't mind, I will send u a private message with some more questions.

Also an UP for this great and informative thread!

Does anybody here do a workout?

And what do you eat afterwards? in the hours after a workout.

not running, i meant gym workout.

you do 10km on plain running or some sport. I do around 3/4 during football.
