GOP should take its case to the UN if it has proof. It has never done it. All i have seen is some unconfirmed reports. PM Zardari also says India is no longer a threat and so he knows better than you.

That area has been lawless since Pakistan became independent and a few consulates cannot do any damage. Afghanistan is independant country and it can allow as many consulates as it thinks are right just as Pakistan can.

Please get out of the mentality of treating Afghanis with lesser intelligence as they need to be friends with Pakistan for security reasons and Indians for Economic reasons and know what is good for them.

Why goto the UN? There are easier ways to solve the Indian problem. Has RAW been dealing with Pakistan through the UN? When dealing with known hostiles, its a moot point about being justified. What matters is, winning.

Even if India does something it'll be drawn into a fair, face to face fight. If India wanted that it could've done it ages ago. But instead its chosen to instigate an insurgency, aid militias, terrorists, suicide bombers.

We'll deal with one bunch of a-holes fighting Pakistan at a time.

Oh and Pakistan has never funded a terrorist organization, its a game man, you can't win all the time.

Yeah, if anything the ISI will try and fix things as best they can, but the part about bombing Indian assets (I figure you're talking about sending the military) is complete BS. That would mean war, and that's something you cant afford (literally) right now.
