In China, if you do not have house, you dont get access to decent vaginaa (else only access is whore). 966 is about your access to sex, access to pro-creation, access to family. Not so simple.

I don't want to get into an argument here regarding Microsoft or spaceX,both byproduct of an inherent advantage in decades of research and development in hegemonic era of USA, much of the fundamentals of which devised in an era with no other standard,thus setting their own,allowing the rest to fit and grow withing the standard set by them.

Surely the budget of the Chinese government space agency is a lot bigger than that of private company SpaceX. And the Chinese space agency has been launching satellites since the 1990s. So what is stopping CNSA from coming up with a Mars-capable 100-crew spaceship like Starship and its launch-from-Earth carrier rocket Super Heavy ?

Secondly, why can't CNSA find novel, faster methods of in-space spaceship propulsion and set standards for others to get inspired ?

I work , 996 and 997, doesn't matter , if you like your work its not work.

But should not be forced. It should be a choice. Overtime pay should be an incentive.
People want to spend time with family etc as well. Look at Japan.

And as the second lady rightfully said , its mostly boils down to staying present, taking calls, than doing anything productive, if you don't really like what you are doing, force rarely makes you productive.

Instead the toxicity builds up and the worker can slowly poison the product , if not audited by competent people which is the case most of the time.
Sitting in a store , idling away to 996 is != High skill work like IP product 996.

Similarly, by your logic, Nasa and Roscosmos are no different from CNSA, even worse. Is it proof of American and Russian incompetence?

Yes. And in case of Russia not being ambitious enough for the next seven to eight years. Though yes there is the program of shooting a film on the ISS. But Russia should look towards Mars with the same ambition that SpaceX is looking.

Let me tell you how Chinese technology companies force employees 996.
According to Chinese law, they leave work at 5 p.m, but you can volunteer to work overtime, and overtime must be paid.
Even with overtime pay, most Chinese don't like overtime.
But most Chinese technology companies will provide free dinner at 6 p.m., as shown in the figure below, so many employees will work overtime for an hour and go home after dinner.

Most Chinese technology companies offer free wash clothes ticket at 7 p.m., so, you know.
Most Chinese technology companies provide taxis at 8 p.m

It's 996 now. I go to work at 9 a.m. and get off at 9 p.m.

Yes I know some people. They go to companies because they feel lonesome at home. They love foods at the company canteen they like central heating, air con.
They love smoking at corner, chatting about the weather.
From 8h work shift they work 2h in reality.
Human brain can’t sustain working over 5h.
Letting people to work more than 9h is waste of time and money.

How many Chinese really work 996? I personally don't know any.
Western media sometimes say Chinese work like slaves and 996 is a norm, sometimes say Chinese young people don't bother to work, they just " lie flat".
