or maybe BD lacks the capacity to make cars as Pakistan does? What cars are produced in Bangladesh? Even in terms of buying power how many luxury cars are sold in Bangladesh? It might be half of what is sold in Pakistan. Our middle class/upper middle class is much bigger than yours with a much higher purchasing power.

The total 6-lane expressways length in Pakistan will stand at 2000 KM soon. We even have a 6 lane expressway for a hill station in Abbottabad now which is 5000 feet above sea level. Meanwhile, your country is struggling to build a normal 2 lane road at sea level.

LRT/MRT

Lahore's Orange line is about to finish in few months meanwhile the most densely populated country in the world as you say who don't need cars have yet to start constructing one.

Big business conglomerates like Mansha and Hashwanis has got its own Brand of 5 star hotels in Pakistan so is Avaris and some others...between them they own most of the 5 star hotels with other players....has presence in Dubai and some other countries as well.

Yes Serena is a big name here as well...many properties in Pakistan. Local brands in hospitality industry means more than intl' brands who repatriate most of their profit and that just by using the brand name. Serena Isb is 'one of the leading hotel of the world' so it is not about standards. Avari hotel Karachi is also 'one of the leading hotel of the world', PC hotel Karachi held that title for long...not sure about now.
