Why will that be a bad thing?
Depicting a Mosque as a noise pollutant in a text book is unnecessarily provocative and in bad taste, but I do agree that they can be a public nuisance. In Norway, and in much of Europe, buildings are restricted from playing sounds publically over a specific intensity (it differs from country to country).
This is the World Islamic Mission in Oslo.
The height of minarets is also restricted in Norway for safety reason (air traffic safety mostly). Honestly I think the same of church bells, construction vehicles, trains and aircraft - I live very close to both a train station and international airport - dogs barking any pretty much anything else that I can hear from across or beyond my neighborhood from a public nuisance/noise pollution perspective. I like my quiet.
Just don't be an arse and shame Mosques in a text book. That's just dumb.
Which thing? Why will that be a bad thing?
Because that would mean we have become communists, and THAT is always a BAD thing.
Oww now sanghi resort to name calling. Guess there is a lot of waste fellas getting married at Guruvayoor. I used to see the procession almost daily basis when I was schooling.LOL...... I am a Mallu you dumb Fcuk. I got married in Guruvayur temple.
Kerala Temple are Tantric temples and the poojari is a "tantri" and the pooja and Archana he does is from the Agama Shastra and not the Vedas
Fools like you are found plenty, who claim to understand hinduism when you cannot even understand the difference between different tantric rituals.
Nope 'Hate is the correct word. They do hate it for the oppression it reminds them off. Why should I lie and say its not hate.
Its an ugly sound reminding people of ugly things, past and present.
NOBODY I KNOW associates that noise with goodness or peace or anything good.
These are picture of COPS posted outside Mosques. Why is that ?
Remember Him ?

What your claims are all factually wrong. Please search what Agama sastra means. First of you don't know what does any word meaning.
We learn Arabic and we know most of the words. While you don't read your texts and I have to correct you by googling. I wish I could connect you to my friend. But that's a total waste of time. Agama sastra means traditions, google it. So basically you are saying temples follow Agama sastra (traditions) LOL
Most of the temples in Kerala follows rigveda. It's a fact. Go ask any namboothiry. I rest my case. Are you commi turned Sanghi? The Sanghis I met know their 'Agama sastra'.
Enthoru tholviyanedo thanokke (what a failure)
Yup, I too wonder that many times! Why do the "peace-loving" people coming out of their "peace-loving" place of worship pick up stones or weapons immediately after they exit the building? So much so that Fridays after prayer times are usually the most tense days in many communally sensitive areas of India and generally around the world!
Makes you wonder that what goes on inside has got less to do with practicing of the most "peaceful" religion but more with power politics, doesn't it?
@Topic
I think it is the same reason (power projection), that compels them to blare on loud speakers 5 Dog-damn times a day, 365 days a year. Even if they really wanted people to remind their people to pray, they can easily do it in a much better way.
But hey, when you practice your religion only as a means to project your power and flaunt your strength in numbers, this all helps.
Blaring it with loud speakers is just Psy Ops, they just don't want to admit it and lose the edge.
Its all a power play, but most Non muslims are just too timid to call a spade a spade.
That is the truth.
It's Muslims saying, 'We are in your face & you can't do anything about it'.
Thank god for BJP & RSS, Hindus have started showing some teeth.
Jihadi$ and their typical victimization cardSanghis and their witless excuses
It can be conclusively said it is a mosque because of the shape/style of dome. The picture easily depicts something which resembles a mosque dome. And a reputed news source backs my claim. Now you can deny as much as you want, it doesn't matter...
Why shouldn't I bring in a temple? Your fellow Sanghi poster states that there shouldn't be a issue if a picture of mosque is used hence I brought in Temple which produces much more noise when compared to mosques. If kids are to be taught about noise pollution, why not a temple and why only a mosque. You should go through the thread and then decide who is communal here.
Ya, they are shoving the religion up "behind" the jihadi mentalityWho says terrorism has no religion? Those RSS scums have shown that terrorism in india against minorities certainly has religion behind it.
Jihadi and victim cardJihadi$ and their typical victimization card
You want to be offended, feel offended, then be it.
This time you got it right, mr. Sanghi!Jihadi and victim card
I always heard that Jihadis make others victims, This is new for me... Aah understood the butt-hurt of being labelled Sanghi, something has to be said in reciprocation. No?
Anyways good to know that you believe that Jihadi is the comparative term of Sanghi. I always said that, you vindicated my claim...
If I am to feel offended, I will. Why did you even bother to quote me
Good.. Now move onThis time you got it right, mr. Sanghi!
Had it being a temple, it would be you who would have started a thread and frothed over itHad it been a temple, you would not have posted a thread here.
But that's fine.
May not be saffron, so could be the picture on the textbookThis is saffron to you?
