Tejas Naval version doesn’t meet Navy’s requirements: Admiral Lanba

But it’s the best fighter ever made in ths history of air warfare and also the best project ever done.. it pushed India into the 22nd century.

Sure the IAF didn’t want it in ANY of its guises and that it still suffers from integration and QC issues but cmon.. look at all the genda phools spent on decorating it, the trucks that move it around; that means something.
:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Never imagine hidden Amaanullah /Mastana inside you :enjoy:

Oh the irony.
This American based firm called Tejas specialises in trailers.

:lol::lol:

How on earth did someone dare to speak against "Tejas" the ultimate fighter aircraft. Once Tejas goes battle ready no fighter on this planet or even in parallel universe will ever be able to compete with it.

Indian Navy prefers twin engine fighters. Hence Tejas would always have tough time being accepted.

No comments. I made mine comment when it was rejected last year.

Don't waste time on commenting on Tejas it will be rejected for next decade.

What navy .chief says is perfectly fine because navN needs twin engine fighter now and lot more thrust is required. Current Tejas shall validate various technologies and by using them, naval Tejas shall be build.

TEJAS is a failure, the Indian Navy doesn't want it, Indian Railways doesn't want it, Indian Army doesn't want it, Air India won't inducted this jet into it's fleet. But yeah Indian Air Force for whom the jet is prepared has already inducted them and placed order for 120 jets.

I wonder do this Pakistanis understand the difference between a carrier based fighter jet and a normal fighter jet?

Now watch the indian reject the naval chief and tell us that tejas is amazing

That Naval Tejas is no longer in contention for Navy is long announced and known... This is a tech demonstrator proving Naval fighter technologies for the next fighter,........ The Navy is still funding the project... Another tech demo will be built....
Right now the tech demonstrator has taken off from 200m and landed with arrested hook.. .That in itself is a great challenge achieved......

the problem here is LCA is more advanced then IAF IN requirements .so its hard for IAF and IN to digest it .

bakwaas yesterday IAF chief said in court LCA is not inducted in IAF .
IN HIS WORDS
The officer said that he himself is a pilot and has special liking for Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) being built in Bangalore but is yet to be inducted into IAF.

Ohh ok, So No.45 squadron of IAF the "Flying Daggers" is a myth. Rumour spread by RAW. The FT article is bullshit, we actually don't know what actually was spoken there. According to the same article India didn't induct a single fighter jet since 1985, so even Su30 MKIs are a myth.

I sometimes wonder if Pakistanis can read!

The naval Tejas was just a tech demonstrator, Naval Tejas is not the same as Tejas. Its like expecting the Chinese fighter FC-1 or J-10 to operate from an aircraft carrier!

The Naval version of the indigenously developed Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) does not meet the qualitative requirements of the Indian Navy
