‘Taking Back Azad Kashmir Land Next On Agenda, Article 370 Died The Day Pandits Were Driven Out’: Subramanian

Just watch how these bharti terrorists successfully put Pakistan on defensive foot, despite Pakistan having an upper hand. Eunuchs perfectly fit for our leaders and like minded awam.

Pakistan should've been aggressive but it's leaders, aman k tamasha fools and some awaam were acting like Eunuchs dreaming of peace.

Make my blood boil.
Nawaz Shareef ko aloo ghost khana ka bhoot shoq da.... what a SOB.

UAE takes notice of this Article 370 by India and terms it as internal matter of India..

https://gulfnews.com/world/asia/ind...ia-reacts-to-kashmir-decision-1.1565038437014

The UAE has taken note of the Indian government’s decision of non-operationalisation of some sections of Article 370 of the Indian Constitution related to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, said Dr Ahmad Al Banna, the UAE ambassador to India.

Dr Al Banna added: “We also took note of the introduction of Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill in the Indian Parliament aimed at replacing Article 370 with the creation of Ladakh region and the state of Jammu and Kashmir as India’s two new Union Territories.”

He commented that from his understanding the reorganisation of states is not a unique incident in the history of independent India and that it was mainly aimed at reducing regional disparity and improving efficiency. He viewed this latest decision related to the state of Jammu and Kashmir as an internal matter as stipulated by the Indian Constitution.

The ambassador expressed hope that this decision of the Indian government would help improve the social and economic conditions and welfare of the people of the state of Jammu and Kashmir as well as Ladakh. “We expect that the changes would improve social justice and security and confidence of the people in the local governance and will encourage further stability and peace,” he added.

US says closely following events in Kashmir
Washington: The US State Department said on Monday it was closely following events in Kashmir after India said it was revoking the special status of the territory and expressed concern about reports of detentions.

"We are concerned about reports of detentions and urge respect for individual rights and discussion with those in affected communities," the department's spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus said in a statement. "We call on all parties to maintain peace and stability along the Line of Control."

.
Or as I have said the tensions will be ramped-up to a point where international intervention will become necessary and leading to possible negotiation and settlement.

there events are nothing anything like in the living memory and as many people in India are saying this step has taken us back to 1947. There will be a solution to this now one way or another.

PS: When I say solution I mean one of these:

1. Pakistan does nothing and Kashmir slowly gets integrated with change in population;

2. Blood bath leading to some settlement.

Interesting. Good post.

The way the two Union Territories are being formed in IoK suggests at least two distinct possibilities: Diluting the Muslim population by importing non-Kashmiris. For that, India has its Israeli buddies to guide:Basically, because now the Indian Center holds the land it can 'sell' to whoever and enforce settlement via brute military force.
The second possibility is a shared sovereignty over the Kashmir Valley along the lines of Musharraf-Manmohan compromise. In today's Dawn.com, both the Editorial and the columnist Jawed Naqvi don't rule out such compromise.

PS. In some inexplicable way I am glad the status quo is finally broken. Something will have to give.

The Hindus of the Kashmir Valley, were forced to flee the Kashmir valley as a result of being targeted by JKLF and Islamist insurgents during late 1989 and early 1990.[4][5] Of the approximately 300,000[6][7][8] to 600,000[9][10] Hindus living in the Kashmir Valley in 1990 only 2,000–3,000 remain there in 2016.[11]
More than 62,000 families are registered as Kashmiri refugees including some Sikh families.[12] Most families were resettled in Jammu, National Capital Region surrounding Delhi and other neighbouring states.[13]

And why that Insurgency begin in the first place ?

And why that Insurgency begin in the first place ?

It did not begin in one day. Pakistan made and cultivated it's assets over a long time.
Hoardcore Sunni areas like Sopre, Sopiyan and Old Shrinagar were main target. People were redicalized through mosques and schools. Leaders of J&K did not controlled things due to vote bank politics and situation started to getting worse and worse due to open boundary and Pakistan's open support to militants. In those time all leadership of Kashmiri insurgency was in the hand of Pakistani terrorists.

When Pakistan thought that it can now take control of situation, it ordered it's assets to start ethenic cleansing. And suddenly posters started to appear on walls and newspapers for Pandits and Sikhs to leave the valley. Then came notorious massacres and indiscriminate killing spree. Then Pandits and Sikhs made a bee line from Baramula up to Jammu and Kashmir valley attained status of pure Muslim land.

People in AJK are Kashmiri's to and have relatives in J&K when they see injustice , mass killings, rape they wanted to do something about it .

Stop pretending everything was Pakistan's fault and India is some sort of Innocent , Kashmiri's rejected living under you, and they are asking you to go back, You are bagairat who forcefully keeping them hostage .

Our Army sacked Kashmir (govt) ??
Did I read it right ??
Sorry to say we are not Pakistan. We are India where army can not and have not sacked even any village head, leave it to a state government.

Yes, our Central government sacked Kashmir govt, but so did it sack many other state governments in history. And no state has ever rebelled because of sacking of these governments. People know very well that these sacking are political games. Welfare of public is not affected because those who are governing in lieu of elected people are also one of them.

That insurgency was totally Pak sponsored and even present insurgency is also Pakistan sponsored. 27 Pakistani militants have been killed in combat from January this year alone, and this is August running.
If Pakistan would have not been involved, they would not has been placed in FATF grey list in the first place.

But we are not complaining. I was just trying to answer your question. We know you people will do what ever you can do to achieve your cherished dream. We have to defend our mother land in any situation, and we will defend it at any cost.
Thanks.

Yes lol looks like a Muslim poop on his forehead.

I think we should bring in China and China should do the same to territories claimed by India. Occupy them with force and we will fully support it..
China is already on the same page with Pakistan.Havent you heard what Chinese foreign ministry said today?

We still control waters, so I don't consider it losing. And we can withdraw our petition cuz according to UN it was Pakistan who attacked & occupied Kashmir.

And our iron brother China controls the waters going into india.............. :azn::

Don't think the Chinese would want their $65 billion investments in Pakistan being affected.. .....:azn:...........that too when they have also earmarked many more billions for further investment in Pakistan in the coming years and decades.......:azn:

Exactly. The ice sheet has has been cracked and its now solution time.

If you look at the way India has formed the two territories it also gives impression willingly or unwillingly India will settle by giving up some territory.

I believe India will give up Kashmir valley and retain Ladkha and some part of Jamu.

Shared territory will be problematic as it will be band aid solution leaving massive room for future conflict. There is no trust between us and as Imran Khan said last night we are fighting an ideology which Qaid-e-Azam understood back in 30s.

Yes sir.. I have already said it twice on this forum.. after some initial anger I'm glad that India has taken these steps... I hope the Indian Supreme Court doesn't over turn the decision....

NEW DELHI: After scrapping of Article 370, the government's next agenda should be to get back the Pakistan occupied Kashmir (Azad Kashmir), Rajya Sabha nominated member Subramanian Swamy said on Monday.

Supporting the resolution on removal of Article 370 -- that gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir -- moved in the Upper House, Swamy also said that now there is nothing to mediate in the Kashmir issue for the US President Donald Trump except for him to tell Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to return the land taken illegally from India.

"Return of the territory in the possession of Pakistan is the next agenda item for us. I hope the decisiveness with which Prime Minister and Home Minister have taken this step, will take the next step also when we are ready to recover the land as per the resolution of this Parliament," he said.

Swamy said during the time of Narasimha Rao government, Parliament had unanimously passed a resolution to take back the Pakistan occupied Kashmir (Azad Kashmir).

Asserting that other elements were taking advantage as long as Article 370 was in place, he said, "in fact certain elements were encouraged recently by the fact that Imran Khan met the US President and the US president mistakenly said he is willing to mediate."

"There is nothing to mediate. A370 is gone, there is nothing to mediate except for Mr Trump to tell Mr Imran Khan to return the land which they took illegally from India which is part of Azad Kashmir" he added
