Sure, but as long as Taiwan is siding with the US camp with both KMT and DPP, there is no way that China would trust Taiwan.

With Taiwan politically remaining in the pro-US camp, many Mainlanders are already complaining about China's 100 billion USD trade surplus with Taiwan.
