As you guys see, we had 77.000 specialised personnel. now it's about 211.378. That it'll increase until the entire Armed Force will become specialised.

So we have 211k professional soldiers, and what're they doing ?

@Zarvan here you can find the latest official source about TAF's manpower, also the profs.

So we have 211k professional soldiers, and what're they doing ?

most of them are stationed at southeastern and eastern regions. The transmission from a conscript force to a professional force is still ongoing

I don't know how they're gonna turn completely proffessional, we still need a large army, and a large, fully proffessional army is a serious economic burden, either they will accept the burden and make military an appealing job like police, or they will just increase the amount of proffessional soldiers and decrease the burden of conscripts.

I don't think conscription should be completely abolished.

1. Turks must remember, after the Zioinst-Christian conspirators destroyed the Caliphate a thousand years back, their next target is the destruction of the Turkish military considered the Sword Arm of Islam. Their eventual goal is the capture of Istanbul to re-establish Constantinople. They pine to re-establish the Hagia Sophia.

2. In Turkey's situation it is the right decision to have professional military. But National Service should not be discontinued in full.It could be made more flexible with various options and made more attaractive
