Subject changers.

As i am sure, many many many people are frustrated when you create a thread or visit one, that you have many people changing the subject...
it gets very annoying because you're trying to have a discussion about a certain topic and then you have about 4 pages of total nonsense in the thread which have nothing to do with the topic..

I mean this thread is suppose to be about Iran's achievement but you have people like mosamania changing the topic and trolling...

I would like to ask the respectable Webmaster or MODS to please do something about this, because its getting very annoying.
