I seriously don't find killing Bangladeshis anything evil...because I personally hate you guys.But thats the personal opinion..others might be a bit more sensitive and diplomatic.My hatred list :-

I love these nations(except India):-
1.Japan
2.Mauritius
3.France
4.Russia
5.Israel

Oh jeez. If the Bangladeshi posters here just stopped and took a breath before hitting their keyboards then they will understand the Indian messages. Stop crossing over illegallly into Indian territory! If you have your permits in order and come over legally into India then your government has diplomatic channels to question any unlawful killings. When you go on posting silly rants of the sort like "the victims didn't pay a bribe to the Indian Border Officers and hence were killed" then you are taking away any sympathy for the death of these people. And whether they were illegal smugglers or job hunters, it is still regrettable that they had to be killed whilst illegally crossing over into our territory. Now if you hate India for the simple reason that you feel it is a Hindu territory or it is responsible for your breakup from Pakistan or it is a secular territory and should be a Muslim terrritory or for whatever else deep and frustrated reasons which you hold against it, then just open up a sticky thread with a suggested title like "1 Million Reasons to Hate India and/or Hindus". Other than that , stop projecting your clear sour grape usual rhetoric on different threads.

You don't have to answer them.... my primary intention was to change "only India topic" in this BD section . I checked defence.pk before posting the article. This article was never discussed before... and whatever written on this still applicable .. I dont think BD-ISRAEL relation took U-turn after 2008! BD-ISRAEL relationship discussion is now even important as our FM DIPU MONI wanted to recognize israel. .. Anyway sorry now for posting crap !!

i think now a days Bangladeshi people and Media are more worried about RAB crossfire killings..... Everyday you see reports on front page .... We feel sympathy even when a murderer is killed unlawfully... so it is normal for us to cry for those farmers and cow traders.. no big deal.... surely you dont expect anything same from other side of the border.... they even love israel. lol.... perfect match. isn't it??

the fence is 100m inside india as is required by the agreement between india and BD. the civilians should not cross the border thinking that the fence is the border.

She don't have the brains to even manage the crisis in Libya, whereas countries like India and Nepal managed just fine. I think she like many AL ministers have a hard time grasping reality.

Anyways, back on the topic:
I think the main problem is that there are no clear rules of engagement (ROE) as far the BSF go. There are plenty people who illegally go by boat to Australia and the EU for example. Does that mean a naval ship must obliterate it? Shooting unarmed people is just.....wrong unlike what many of the Indians here are saying. Of-course, if they are armed and dangerous, they have every right to shoot.

It is possible for them to get lost, or that a trafficking victim trying to escape wind up being shot on the Indian side. They think that by brute force, they are good. Hardly impressive at best.

But let's be honest here, neither does Bangladesh have clear rules and enforcement. I have read reports of smuggling and human trafficking whose networks stretch as far as the middle east. This is a very serious issue that Bangladesh government is not taking seriously! And since when did the government take anything seriously? I can't even remember. Oh yeah, they are too busy as "sitting" ministers driving expensive vehicles along with large escorts. Oh, mighty and beautiful they are! (*stares at passing minister*).

This issue of border disputes and "doing whatever I want and get away with it" attitude from the Indians need to discussed diplomatically, and take this matter to the UN.

The border killings have nothing to with illegal crossings but corruption in the BSF and the inhuman nature of the soldiers who out of sheer boredom and routine shoot at unarmed villagers across the international border.
