Gentlemen - this is not a video game we are conducting - this is as real as it gets - my sources tell me that during the air-assault, 2 SSG officers and 7 jawans have met with shahadat when their particular helicopter was attacked by ground fire at 50 ft. the soldiers were in the process of slinging down the ropes to the ground.

Spare a moment of silence and retrospection for the families of these brave soldiers who have given their lives without a moment's hesitation.

I think it's cobra stinger missile.

Stinger is AA not A2G..But its more like guided with pin point accuracy. hhmmm and its not launch from Cobra, it was some different helo, which is not in picture. But if its Cobra, 50% chance might be TOW. Any answer ???????

I think it's cobra stinger missile.

I have never seen a cobra stinger in action before, so it can only be figured out by some military professional as to what type of missile it is, but i can assure you that it is not a hellfire because when ever i see hellfire being fired usually it closes in on it's target and then climbs vertically when it is nearing it's target and then takes a sharp dive straight on it's target.

Where as these missile's just go straight to the target!

Boy, those apache's are awesome machines, just look at the quality of their IR camera's.

The Missile is most probably a TOW-2A RF fired by a Cobra since I do not see a wire extended (which is the case for the normal TOW-2 rounds). The very first shot seems to be that of a rocket fired and then all of the rest are TOWs.
