Sochi 2014: Middle Eastern athletes competing in winter games

well when I look at the participants its sad that from middle east we only have participated mainly in alpaine
with one exception of figure skating from turkey and there is so many field to participate .
Well, ME isnt exactly the perfect place for practising winter sports. :D

Especially half Iraqi half Latino girls or half Latino half anything else they are very beautiful.

come on don't underestimate middle east here we have many wonderful mountains even al-hasani once posted snow coversq mountains in ksa . also I bet in use they have best indoor winter stadium in worlds and don't forget many of the fields that nobody from middle east participated only need an indoor stadium . also look at a country like Iraq that they did not participate while they have such wonderful snow covered mountains or look at Pakistan that only participated with only one athlete

Yeah, It's kind of sad. I really thought all of Middle Eastern countries usually participate in the Winter Olympics. Anyway, I really hope one of these countries win a medal.

Not all, dear kitty cat. Many Middle Eastern teams have total foreigners, but that does not bother u for some reason. :victory1:

Andrea DAVIDOVICH: U.S.A

Evgeni KRASNOPOLSKI: Ukraine


Virgile VANDEPUT: Belgium

Alexei BYCHENKO: Ukraine




Again, I don't see any "Israeli" athlete. Congrats to Ukraine for having so many talented Ukrainians participate in the Winter Olympics. :)

Well obv. beauty isnt defined by any perticular ethnicity, not to mention person's taste but in my experience, yes that has been the case so far.
