Yes very much even we paid the money and like F16 we will not get the money either.
But US military knows better that Pakistan can put them in grave danger in Afghanistan so may be military advisers warn Trump about the possible dangers for doing that but Trump is Trump an unpredictable person you can expect any thing from him so it is safe to say 50/50 chance.
