Very similar, Serbia and Bosnia use latinic and cyrilic, Croatia just latinic.
In Serbia milk is: mleko, млеко
In Bosnia milk is: mljeko, млјеко
In Croatia milk is: mlijeko or mliko in Dalmatia

Serbs use "ekavica"
Bosnians use "jekavica"
Croats use "ijekavica" and "ikavica"

Differences between Serbian and Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrian are like UK English and US English.
Diff between Serbian and Makedonian, Slovenian are like UK English and Irish English.
