NATO says if a member is attacked, everyone is attacked. It does not mean anyone has to do anything about it. When Taliban invaded the US in 2001, most NATO countries did nothing about it. If Romania goes to war with China just to blockade Serbia, do you think any other NATO country will go to war with China? I seriously doubt.

China has trillions of dollars of investment in Serbia. On top of that, China building up a powerful fleet of J-20 fighter jets, Y-20 strategic transports, a large fleet of carrier strike groups. By road, Chinese military can reach Sevastopol from Beijing. From Sevastopol the Chinese military can hammer Romania all day all night if Romania tries to ruin China's investment in Serbia.
