Dude, F-22 is a failed and discontinued product from last century. It's uphill to the tip to you, but it is nothing to a country has a R&D spending as huge as all these countries adding up together:

R&D spending China = Germany + South Korea + France + United Kingdom + India + Canada + Russia + Brazil

R&D spending China = Germany + South Korea + France + United Kingdom + India + Canada + Russia + Brazil

F22 is a fail product then i must salute you, The technology which used in F22 far ahead and if China plan today it will take at-least 15 years to achieve that and for Russia it will take 25 years and for EU at least 35 to 40 years and Yes China is number two in Aeronautics now.

Both aircraft, the F-22 Raptor and the PAK-FA will dominate the skies for at least the next decade. With the introduction of the PAK-FA and Chinese 5th Generation Fighters like the J-20, the F-22 isn’t the only “superfighter“ anymore.

Beyond Visual Range combat
Beyond Visual Range combat is usually won by the aircraft which detects its enemies before being detected. If radar is used:Raptor detects PAK FA with 0.01m², using the APG-77 at ~40 nautical miles but PAK FA detects Raptor with 0.0001m² at ~15 nautical miles.

If IRST is used:

If the PAK-FA would use its IR-sensor (50 km maximum range), it would detect the IR-shielded F-22 at a maximum distance of 20 nautical miles.The F-22 is not equipped with an IRST.

A failed and discontinued product from the last century? They made the F22 to counter any future fighters for many decades to come. And it was discontinued because it was expensive. Same as Seawolf class boats. Are they failures? Or just too expensive they made a Virginia class boats to be cheaper versions of the same similar boats?
