What if the child is holding a bomb or an ak 47, does that change things in ur books? They used to have whole brigades of child soldiers in african civil wars. This was not a normal police interception but a coin opp involving an extremely dangerous terrorist. He was a big big fish!!!, very few get to abduct and dump ISI agents.
