The Pakistan Air Force is conducting this year's Saffron Bandit exercise last phase at Masroor Air Base, Karachi.

The exercise is conducted after every few years since 1994 with the main objective of excelling in the air combat capabilities in any future conflicts.

All fighter units from the air force as well as Air Defense and support units are participating in the exercise.

Fantastic name for an exercise!!!!!! While the exercise has been going on, they have been rather quiet about it for sure.

Have been hearing it for quite some time but kept quiet. Also spotted fighter jets.

The exercise has been going on since start of this year but was slowed down because of the pandemic.

Each squadron takes it turn to pit against CCS and ACE,so it takes months to finish the exercise.

Yes Saffron involves all squadrons of PAF but no foreign participants.That's a UAV
