Russia's Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu on Wednesday reiterated claims that Ukraine is preparing a provocation using a "dirty bomb" in a video call with his Chinese counterpart Wei Fenghe, according to Moscow's defence ministry.

The ministry said in a separate statement that Shoigu also voiced the same "concern" in a phone call with India's Defence Minster Rajnath Singh earlier on Wednesday.

I can if you insist, but I don't like to type a lot to people who don't understand how war and battle works. But I will tell you this. A winning army will not mobilise 300,000 troop mid-way into a war. If you do that, that's something going on in the battlefield.

On the other hand, you don't need to be a 4-star general to read there is a counter offensive from Ukrainian currently going on. Which makes the "Dirty Bomb" pointless. Again, where do you put it? If it is too close to the front line, then it affect both Ukrainian troop as well as Russian troop, if it is too far (like in Luchansk) then how do you proposed to get there? It's not like you can just drive a truck that deep into separatist land.

Russia has nuclear weapons, so there is no need to use dirty bombs. Ukraine's counter offensive does not mean that it can win the war. The odds of casinos such as Macao&Europe are still optimistic that Russia will win. So Ukraine is indeed more likely to use dirty bombs.

First of all, it's no relation on whether they need to use dirty bomb when Russia already had Nuke. The reason is "Deniability" You can denied you had used that.

Second it's not about whether or not Ukraine can win the war, it's about where they can place it, as I said already, too close to the frontline, you hurt your own troop doing counter offensive, too far, then you will have to think about how to deliver it. And then it changes nothing but guarantee Russia will use nuke in response.

Set aside they are winning the counter offensive, unlike gamble, you don't know what the next game will be, but battle is a mutually inclusive event, you win one then you are highly likely to win the other, and Ukrainian has been winning since September.

The chance of Ukraine using nuke is closer to zero.
