Sorry to disappoint you, but do not underestimate KSA.

There is always Pakistan. KSA funded their nuclear programme and it is the Pakistan's major financial supporter after the US. KSA could approach Pakistan and ask for its assistance, like Iran and Libya did.

Iran could not have had a uranium enrichment programme so developed without Pakistan's assistance and Libya had an industrial base which is even more limited than KSA.

The question is not whether Iran should be afraid of KSA getting a nuke, it should be KSA proclamation vs their intentions, because we all know there is no way in hell the USA or the Israelis would allow that to happen so what is KSA intentions of putting such claims forward? Is it to force the Alliances hands on Iran, drive up oil prices, get the West bog down in a total unwindable war, and suppressed a popular revolt and spread their influence in the region like how it terribly backfired with Iraq, one can only assume.

back in 90's there was thing called invasion of SA by iraq's Saddam hussein... they killed thousands of their people and had it not been for the US SA would be called Iraq. then in 2001 onwards you allowed US land access to attack afghanistan...

I don't understand why KSA needs 'nuclear bomb' when Pakistan already possesses 'Islamic Bomb', atleast thats what Pakistanis call their bomb & this bomb was partly financed by KSA. So KSA just has to ask for a couple of bombs from Pakistan for 'safe keeping'. I don't think Pakistanis will mind that.

@Topic: Also this shows that the Arab countries are more afraid of Iran than Israel.Israel is said to have around 200 bombs, yet no Arab country was seriously concerned. On the other hand Iran is yet to make a nuclear bomb and the whole Arab/Sunni world is panicking.

nothing strategic in saudi that houses nearly two dozen usa military bases. Iran is already encircled with nukes. Turkey has 24 Nato bases, saudi has over 20 usa bases, rest GCC has several usa bases with regional nato headquarters in qatar. Pakistan and saudi are usa allies and it does not affect iran if the nukes are controlled by riyadh or pak. so saudi or any usa ally threat to iran is just a waste and worthless for iran.

Stop distracting from the subject. Iran is developing a nuclear programme in a clear objective to develop nuclear weapons and you try to portray yourself as against nukes in the ME. Concentrate on preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons and thus preventing other countries in the region from getting nukes.
