Ridiculous proof about China covered up Covid-19 released by Taiwan government

US and Taiwan governments confidently said Taiwan government warned WHO the virus is contagious between humans on December 31, 2019. But WHO just ignored the warn. Which is considered as a solid proof that WHO helped China to cover up the disease.

Yesterday the "warn" letter was released by Taiwan government. Here it is:

"News resources" here are actually Chinese media. Actually in the same day China informed WHO an unknown pneumonia was found in Wuhan. Taiwan was asking information for it. Not offering information.

It was very difficult to tell the virus is contagious between humans at early stage of outbreak. Because:1, Case number was very limited. 2, Very hard to track those who had close contact with infected patient. 3, As it was unknown disease, most infected people didn't know they had the disease and as a result didn't report to health orgnization. 4, Above all, as said above, most tracked people were found not infected(At the early stage, It is very possible all tracked people were not infected).

If its indeed originated sometime in August last year, then you should ask the US authority instead as Pentagon report warned the white house back in Nov, a report now the Pentagon denied ever existed. That's certainly earlier than when China learned of the virus.
