what does the bold part mean ?
"A top US lawmaker has introduced a 'joint resolution' in the House of Representatives to express Congress's disapproval over an arms deal with Pakistan which includes the sale of eight nuclear-capable F 16 fighter jets to the latter.

I assume it means that the F-16 is theoretically capable of carrying one of Pakistan's nuclear weapons. Put "nuclear" into the language and it's designed to scare the pants off people.

Show to us that you are able to block these F-16s and we will send a box of sweets along with flowers that you yearned so much during the invasion of Iraq.

Rohrabacher spews venom against Pakistan 24/7. That is his past time hobby. This isn't just because of the elections or the F-16s. He is an Indian lover and that is no secret.

I love people like Rohrabacher. It keeps the relation between the US and Pakistan razor sharp. I would rather have both nations despise each other than pretend to be the best of allies like the cunning chameleon like Obama is portraying it to be. We're not allies and our interests collide like the titanic. This is nothing, but the whole and entire truth.

Pakistan has made a sport out of respiring on US military and economic aid. It is ridiculous and outrageous. Logically the Americans are using this needless weakness of ours to their advantage and who wouldn't. We need to be freed from the shackles of aid. We also need to stop being a proxy and a slave of another superpower. If we want good relations with the US or any other nation for that matter, it ought to be on equal footing. If not, such a relationship is of no use. It is merely based on exploitation and backstabbing which it has been all along from the word go. Let's not kid ourselves.

They know how to throw which bone. The F-16 is a cursed bone with which they have been bribing Pakistan since the 80s. The ridiculous things we have done for these F-16s. The extreme lengths to which we have gone to just acquire these F-16s. It wasn't worth it back then. It isn't worth it today.

We are hearing american job protection from various US president for more than a decade.It's their
