Most of the rapes happen to settle the enmities. I don't know on which planet do you live but such cases mostly never reach police station as settlements happen outside in pinchayats.

Not only justice but the social and political structure counts as well. Socially speaking, the moral deterioration witnessed by society in just last decade goes pass 20-30 years before that. Money is the absolute power in the land we live. Politically the power houses in areas know that they are "electable" and would be sought after. If a PPP's politician does it and the leadership tries to take corrective measure, he would just switch side to PML-N and PTI, knowing both would need him. Here we are only considering rape or Zana-bil-Jabr, not the fornication or Zana-bil-Raza. The open availability of pornography and nudism in the name of modernization on media all are playing their role in promoting rather than reducing these incidents in the country.

In this case, the rape was done by the officers of Punjab Police. And then Police didn't let the FIR register. I pray that you and your family remain safe from Punjab Police in your entire life.

You just keep wathcing, Shahbaz Sharif is going to take a notice of this incident, a judicial commission will be formed to probe into this incident, a couple of low ranked police officers were dismissed (sent on vacations) for a couple of weeks and then nothing will happen, as always.
