There were many other private guards with weapons too. It is not proven that it was police who fired. It may have been others with weapons who are the culprits.

The point of this song is to remind everyone what the country once was, and to not stop believing because at this point, hope is absolutely essential.

This is a musical rearrangement of the famous Lab Pe Aati Hai melody (by Zahra Paracha) with an original poem by Shaharbano Raza Kazmi (narrated by Shan-e-Ahmed) titled "Maa Ki Dua" where Pakistan is speaking to its people like a mother would with her children.
