Yesterday on Samma they were showing that 7 children in wahari, on oxygen tanks, died bcz their oxygen ran out. The head of the hospital said that he wrote an application to the DCO that the tanks were running out and needed refilling but the DCO didnt answer back. The DCO said that he has sent the inquiry to CM but the CM didnt respond thus the funds were not released and thus no oxygen for those tanks and 7 children lost their lives bcz they were too busy polishing their seats and kissing it, to notice that the country needs proactive leadership.

When you hear of such deaths in which children die, you really start to question the mindset of the country and where its going. A very very very sad event and CM punjab has not noticed bcz he is too busy with photo shoots while standing in water from the rains.

It is sad....pata nai kis mitti kay banay way hain that they dont remember their own deaths do they even believe in the questions asked in the grave let alone be questioned about the citizens they tried to rule...They do know that the higher up the ladder you are the more responsibility you have hence the harsher ur questions and punishment?

But why contact CM punjab?

Surely there must be a leadership of hospitals or something that control finance.

DCO claimed that he wanted the releasing of the funds for those tanks and thus he contacted CM for the funds. The CM does release the funds and remember the hospital was not a private but a govt institution. It was a govt hospital so it would make sense that all funding of the hospital comes through that channel.
Could be that all are making excuses so that it can get brushed under the rug. The DCO said that he has formed an investigative committee to investigate the event ( pure load of BS). TBH i would blame DCO who is responsible for running the city, The hospital managing directors who should have done all in their power to refill those tanks and ofcourse the CM bcz its his job to make sure such events do not happen in his province and the countries hospitals and medical care atleast runs without a hitch.

@Emmie but I think its not decided yet, as PMLN wants the commission to be just a fact finding commission, while PTI wants it to be legally presentable document.
