Will appreciate indian members could share some feedback about Kejriwal, somehow these days on youtube I have been watching short video clips about him, his party and his performance in Delhi.

They claim to have significantly subsidized the electricity, improve the schools, provide water, improve the government offices and hospitals, are working to improve the sanitation and seem like they are taking advantage of technology to benefit their citizens. The common people who were interviewed had very positive comments about Kejriwal and wanted to see him as CM or Pardhan Mantri.

Is this true that he has performed very well?

And what are his chances of ever becoming an indian PM? If he suppose becomes a PM, what are his views on Pakistan and relations with Pakistan?

@DrJekyll @Joe Shearer @xeuss @SirHatesALot and other indian members please.

Plus Kejriwal even after providing free amenities has been able to produce a favorable budget, I agree with him on one thing that money is there it is only if you are willing to spend it on people.

He has less then zero chance of becoming a prime minister of India. When he came on the scene, initially there was lot of talk amongst my Indian friends, let's say hope that he might become one day, but that hope has turned into reality.
The reality is that I have as much chance of becoming a PM of UK, as he has of becoming a PM of India. Which is less then zero.

I should have called you a Capitalist anti-human. I gave you a list of people who died unnecessarily because of an artificial construct called money arranged wrongly and yet make fun of them ?

No, wrong again.
When you say that, it's a compliment. Do you understand?

wrong from your view it doesn't matter to me

No, Joe, he didn't understand the ARE. And I think you also have another thing to say to him. :D

No, Modi is not doing good in the social sector. :) The central government hasn't nationalized and made free the basic elements like housing, electricity, telecom, healthcare, education, public transport by bus etc. My house's monthly electricity bill comes to around 1500 rupees, the two cooking gas cylinders to around 900 rupees each, then somethings ridiculous called house tax and road tax even though my neighborhood is chaotic and India has this :

Just stumbled upon on this PDF presentation and I am really impressed by Modi, the Messiah...couldn't ever thought about so many Yojanas and reforms being initiated by the present BJP, with Modi being the harbinger of change... :-)

Still I couldn't believe it, with eyes wide open.

Modi is a Messiah for the poor of India, not just for Ambanis and Adanis, read that his wealth increased by like 50 billion USD or close in this period. No sycophancy and undue praise here.

Well, the only success he has had is limited to the Delhi region, some in Punjab, plus just presences in few areas. In all of these areas he is facing hard opposition and is under pressure.

South Asian politics is fairly similar in all countries, you need to have an enormous political structure in place, and sharp political acumen, coupled with a momentum you can cash at the right time. When he came on the scene, he had some sort of a momentum, which he was unable to cash-in except in the capital region. He is just a minnow trying his best to remain visible on the political landscape of India.

India has fixed power centres, and it wont change in the foreseeable future.

The BJP, backed by the RSS and Hindu organisations.

A distance second Congress party, it is still relevant because of it's support structures, and the fact despite not winning too many seats, it is able to garner electoral votes across the country, that has a value of its own, meaning with effective leadership and a backlash against the BJP, they can make a comeback.

Then you have a plethora of regional parties, who will always remain relevant no matter the fortunes of the BJP or the Congress.

You have to remember it took the BJP nearly 100 years to take over Indian governance, now they are completely in-charge, they existed in different shapes and forms, they were banned but they kept at it, changing names, creating alliances to survive the ground realities, but here they are, from the RSS to the BJP is one single unbroken line.

In this setup, the likes of Kejriwal are just item numbers, one hit wonders, who get lot of attention, but are completely irrelevant in the greater scheme of things.

You say you are very pro-human so consider this :

I added this to my previous post : "I gave you a list of people who died unnecessarily because of an artificial construct called money arranged wrongly and yet make fun of them ?"

The ghosts of the 350,000+ Indian farmers who suicided just between 1995 and 2015 because of India's unscientific, irrational and anti-human socio-economic system where everything has a cost in money, even the love of parents for their child ( you yourself said this ), what if those ghosts visited you and asked why the Indian society forced them to suicide ? What will you say to them ?

The PDF is from a government server and those promises have come false. For example where is the 15 lakh rupees per citizen in 2022 that Modi promised in 2014 that he said will be arranged by bringing in all the illegally stashed money outside the country ? I myself want to start a company and 15 lakhs will go a good way to fund the company's start. Then there is the insurance for crops scheme. From the text the insurance is not for the interest upon the loans that farmers take because Indian socio-economic system runs on interest so this scheme hasn't quite prevented farmers from suiciding in the eight years of his prime ministership. On top of that, last December saw him asking the farmers protesting in Delhi for 1.4 years, to stop their protest because he apparently was ready to listen to their demands. That protest saw the deaths of 700 farmers. He supposedly launched schemes for farmers in 2014 but never once visited even one farmer protest site that could not have been more than 10 kilometers from his residence. And I see no 100 smart cities in India in 2022 that he promised in 2014. Other such things.

Kejriwal and his tactics did perturb modi, if he was a minnow Modi would never have called him AK49 and agent of Pakistan.

I am not saying that Kejriwal can become a PM in next elections but in future after say 10 or 20 years this Aam admi party can make a big dent if they keep addressing the majority helpless people and their problems. Pakistan hating voters will remain so, others too but a large no. of indians will someday want the same treatment as the others are getting under aam admi governed areas. If Kejriwal manages to win Punjab and fulfils his promises he and his party surely should be treated as emerging tough competition. After all the common majority South Asians will vote for the CM who rode their rickshaw, went to their sat and ate from their plate.

I think Pakistan should explore this option because we keep saying we don't want war, for that we need to have someone serious on other side and who is interested in dialogue and not the current hate spreading joker.

This is really bad and I also sympathizes with so many innocent people lost to the unbridled capitalism. Like farmers taking the loans which turned into bad loans and cannot be repaid.

And they committed suicide so that the loans can be waived, and the rest of the family would be free of the cobwebs of loans. The farmers are the backbone of the country agri sector, and agri sector makes the country food secure.

During Delhi elections he gets 60+ seats, during General elections he gets 0 in Delhi.

So a big no, and we don’t need that socialist as PM.
