for once i really think, there is a deep power struggle inside the indian power circles, there is a struggle between real patriots and fake patriots who have amassed all the illgotten wealth for themselves, looks like the real patriots are waking up slowely............. people who are oppossing army rule have something bad hidden inside their hearts...........

if we try to contextualize, what the Angry General said was that Indian army is practically incapable of taking an offensive move, saying 95% of the stuff is out of order.... this being directed against the politicians for not fulfilling the needs of the Armed forces... this leaked news could be a rebuttal to their attack on political circle...

for years indian army has been treated with utter disrespect by the ruling elite, be it arms purchases, be it rations, be it salaries etc etc and look at the recent issue on dob "was it really needed" it was just a nother year and plus this guy was being honest about his dob.........

what is more interesting is the timing of this, after all the scandals, scams, corruption which is prevailing in india, army is testing the waters for a possible coup, prime facia this looks like a coup preperation............ & seems like there is very strong opposition between the power circles to stop these coup....... it would be intersting to know who is opposing the army ????????????

And pray, even if we imagine for a moment that such a thing could remotely be possible, how are they going to achieve that? By marching a couple of companies on busy civilian roads to the capital? You dimwits either underestimate or have absolutely no clue about the democratic political machinery in India.

One thing you people should understand. Indian armed forces are an instrument of the GoI to be employed at the GoI's - and by extension Indian public's - pleasure. Not the other way around.

now on the DOB issue this distrust has been widened between political circle and military establishment, and probably there is resentment in Indian army right now, on how their chief is being treated, it was not necessary to create an issue out of DOB, but 2013 is year of change, and it has its dynamics for congress...so she wants its man on the slot of Chief of Army before Elections, knowing that military has inclination towards BJP...

i do agree on the dob issue it was just one more year looking at the army cheif credentials it should have been simply granted but the power circles made a big issue out of it, there is a evil intention behind cancelling army cheif's dob application, there is a angle of cong vs bjp but it can't be just that simple......... there are wheels within wheels for sure... one could get a clear understanding of the intentions & whats happening inside if one knows who is oppossing the military ?????????????????????
