My whole family voted for him and like many other dual citizens also financially supported his election campaign.

I pushed my brother in Pakistan to go and vote for him and he turned out to be such a disappointment. He needs to fire some of his team members and take decision on national interests not on Iranian interests.

He didn't win absolute majority. It was a hung parliament. His hands are tied. But he should be more bold.

But nice move to justify american insane sanctions & their destructive policy that has burned the entire region for decades through occupation, military coup, supporting dictators and terrorists though it just works for simpletons. Even base on american themselves Iran has spent just 16 billion$ on resistance groups in the region btw 2012~2018 ... we liberated Syria from multi national terrorists, we helped Iraqi to stand against isis & take their lands back ... as we helped Yemenis agonist invasion of their lands and insane bombardment of their infrastructure starvation and so on ... I assure you we would help anyone whom stands against american oppression in any form to help them to get rid of their yoke ..

Iran doesn't need money and it's not a priority, the problem is that sanctions make it almost impossible for bank transactions to pay for imported medical equipment. Even a simpleton can understand that.

Maybe Iran needs to get out of the terrorism business and that will remove sanctions.

Obviously being an isolated, sanctioned pariah state has its downfalls no matter how much the Mullahs claim all this is a victory. When a tragedy occurs, whether a virus or an earthquake, you have very few friends.

It's a bit like you going around your whole life acting like a p*ick to everyone. Just being relentlessly obnoxious and alienating everyone from your life. Then one day you lose your job and subsequently your home - but you realise there are no friends to help you.

Why import medical supplies anyway? I thought Iran makes everything better indigenously?

They know well that as long as they use paid proxies to launch missiles at other countries , their own people pay the price for it.

Seems that many Iranians understand that well enough , but no one asks them.

By the way, Saudis have nicely bent over for decades & are called "milky cow" .. We respectfully sat around the table had a deal so we could easily remove the sanctions & now they've hit under the table like barbars with no value & civilization ...

We can support Iranians to get out of sanctions as long as they back away from supporting Northern Alliance thugs in Afghanistan.

We have our own problems with Iran, and they are very serious. Then again so does every one of their neighbors.
