Abbottabad is one of the best cities in Pakistan, & one of the most underrated ones too:

same thing in indian cities. even cities like madras, bangalore have this problem. then the govt catches up on the capacity after some years. then within a couple years demand will go up again beause of growth and same problem occurs. Delhi is okay because its capital, so is Bombay.
this time summer in chennai was f'ing bad.

I guess Pak cities must be having good water suply. in india, only bombay and calcutta have good water supply all the others (especially madras) is bad.

Same thing happens in Pakistan. Water supply is not usually an issue though.

But yeah like Delhi I don't think Islamabad's load shedding problem is as bad compared to the rest of the country. Lahore/Karachi probably suffer the most because of the amount of people that live in those cities. Most of the really bad load shedding occurs in the summer though because A/C usage goes up a lot.

Faisalabad, one of the biggest & most important cities of Pakistan. An extremely underrated city:

Bhai, I can say that these houses are more plush athan any average indian home. I think the prosperity of Pak people are far higher than india and your streets are also cleaner

There are good parts and bad parts in every country. Personally I feel there isn't a major difference in the middle class areas of India and Pakistan. You guys got those ugly hanging electricity wires we got them too. You guys have electricity problems and we do too, although ours is far worse.

Thing is the average Pakistani house probably looks better then their Indian counterpart. But Indian apartments particularly those in Mumbai are pretty amazing. Those highrise apartments in Powai looks pretty damn good (my cousins live there), I'm talking about the architecture itself. And some great apartments in South Mumbai as well especially in the Lokhanwala, Colaba/Cuffe Parade and Parel area.

I've been to India a lot of times especially Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Lucknow since a lot of my family still reside there.

You're right to an extent, but I still believe, from what I have seen in different cities of India numerous times, that the average Pakistani house is bigger than the Indian one. However, India excels in apartment buildings/flats as compared to Pakistan.

I think you refer to hiranandani in powaii. also lokhandwala is in andheri , not s bombay. that being said, mumbai houses are bloody small for the price. Delhi is better. Lucknow i have no idea. what is the price per sqft in a good area in karachi? in powai i think its aroun INR 25000 psf.
