You mean go against process? Why so? Since IK said so? Dear those 4 Halqas were in Court, not with Election Tribunal.

Problem is you think IK is God or something, what ever he says should be accepted whether it's against Law, with law. And you can't accept all steps which were much superior then 4 halqa but do want to detail the democracy since IK has to stand in front of those 1 person who beat IK in election. Please your morality finished when you pointed out small steps while ignoring major steps by the government.

First, I give a damn about Imran, for me he is not very different or going to prove more different than the present lot of badmaashia. Second, it is not the court but the election tribunals who have to resolve the issue of the disputed constituencies. It wont hurt if you get to know the law yourself before preaching it to others.

It remains to be seen if TAQ or IK will indeed be able to gather million people.

Why can't govt block the roads,arrest these leaders a day before the march like we do in India.Even if those people go to court they can't get permission as they are openly threatening to bring down the elected govt.besides govt can cite security reasons in court

IN Pakistan, they thing they have Democratic right to go against Law & can beat Law enforcers.

This was in the cards, when IK & TuQ started to give orders to his supporters to block whole Pakistan, beat Police, go into their houses, don't allow them to enforce security. And in this forum so-Called Education People including the one you are talking to is supporting such activities.

Because of the lack of moral grounds. If a government itself adheres to the law, and do things according to the law, people will be scared of taking the law into their own hands. However, when the democratically government turns itself into an autocratic monarchy, and twists and turns the law to serve her vicious agenda, then people do what they want to do.

As Thomas Jefferson once said “When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.”

That is my point what PML-N Government can do, why going against government? If there is a debate government controlling them then you should know most of the disqualified members were PML-N, and winners were Independent & PPP not PTI.

NA110 is part of same halqa list which PTI pointed out, As per FEFAN, they didn't found single discrepancy in the process.

Having an unstable neighbour like pak isn't in the interest of India too.So,for India's(to some extent humanity's) sake I wish pak achieves some peace and stability.According to my assessment ,there is no such chance in the vicinity.All these marches are superficial. The solution lies only in modern education.However in the present scenario it is highly unlikely that even pvt sector can provide quality education in pak due to lack of efficient and quality teachers(as the population is exploding like anything).As pak has become too radical it is not so easy to take measures to control population(as many people would call it haraam).One more thing that is an obstacle is feudalism.Land reforms should be implemented which isn't possible as all the feudal lords are in politics ,bureaucracy and army.Pakistan leaders had a very good chance of doing all the above things right after independence till late 60s when the society was by and large liberal.Now it is too late to do such things.None the less a start can be made by watering down religious influence and promoting liberal thought(don't worry people won't give up their religion but at least they will become somewhat moderate and open to some changes like family planning).Is that possible in present day pak?Only time will tell.
