Macron, with the 22% approval rating now in France. Oui oui oui...oooh la la....sacre bleu!
his approval ratings are not the result of his ideological leanings or his 'globalist agenda hurr' BS that uncle toms like you believe in.

Well, here's my view; Allah (SWTA) recognizes the diversity of mankind and Himself states that He created us in nations and tribes and made our colors and languages different.

"Oh mankind, We have created you all male and female and have made you nations and tribes so that you would recognize each other. The most honorable among you in the sight of God is the most pious of you. God is All-knowing and All-aware."- 49:13

"And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. Lo! herein indeed are signs for men of knowledge."- 30:22

So here you can see that languages (culture) and color (biological) are both acknowledged by Allah (SWTA) and He himself states that these are among many of his signs.

I don't agree with secular concepts of nation or Nationalism which are empty because nothing in this world is an end in itself. Everything in this world, in this life is a means to an end, and that end is our spiritual purpose. We don't really live for this world. Those who doubt this can ask all of those dead billionaires and kings if their worldly wealth or their domains ever traveled with them into their grave and into the hereafter. Similarly, empty nationalism only lives in this world and will die here too with the last human being (considering that everything comes to an end). By empty nationalism I include racial and ethnic nationalism as well as nationalism of borders which too are man made. We do not live for ththe sake of our nations, rather we and everything else exists for the sake of a higher spiritual purpose. Credit to Julius Evola, a must read for everyone, whether Muslims, Hindu or Christian (or any other faith or spiritual worldview).

Also, a nation is formed through various factors, which I have explained in this thread

https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/pakistan-redefining-nationhood-and-concept-of-citizen.578203/

And I have posted other reading material which explains it as well within the thread about books (which books are you reading).

Just for the record most states are multi-ethnic. In Turkey only 70% are Turks. Rest are other ethnic groups like Kurds etc. In Iran only 60% are Persian.

  • Turkey and Iran share Kurds.
  • Pakistan and Iran share Baloch.
  • Afghanistan and Pakistan share Pashtun.
  • Tajikistan and Afghanistan share Tajiks.
  • India and Pakistan share Punjabis.
  • India and Bangladesh share Bengalis.
  • Sri Lanka and India share Tamils
  • The list goes on ......

Well to be abit more accurate

Iran also has small communities of Pukhtoons and Afghanistan also has Baloch and Brahui and Hazaras. Also Pakistani Chitralis are closely related to the Nuristanis of Afghanistan. Indians also have Sindhis.

Basically Pakistan is a very unique country, it sits on the triangular-intersection of 3 mountain ranges (Hindukash, Karakorum & Himalyan) and 3 divisions of the continent (Middle-east, Central Asia & South Asia).

Problem today is what it always that West Pakistan has never been an independent government in history. Even India has thousands of years of experience as an empire. Iran to the east and Afghanistan to the north ruled today's Pakistan for hundreds of years. When generational slaves suddenly become independent, they can't be expected to form a national identity overnight! Pakistan was ideologically a very risky political experiment of history. And it failed spectacularly.

Failure? You do realize that 70 years as a nation is minuscule time historically, even then Pakistan is still standing in its current form since atleast 1971. Yes there are issues, but its still doing better than countries that have history much longer than ours, for example Iraq and Syria. Now alot of people will say that these countries were attacked by foreign forces thats why they are in this mess, that is true to some extent but the reality is that these countries were weak due to ethnic and sectarian divisions present within them. The reason Pakistan is not facing the same situation is because even with all the negativity around us and after multiple attempts by both internal and external forces, the multi-ethnic people of Pakistan are still united and prefer to stay together.

The former enslaved [Hindu] are now masters in a country called India.
Lol. Indians were never "enslaved" before Central-Asian (Muslim) and later European (British) invasions. They had their own indigenous empires like the great Maurya empire. With its greatest emperor Ashoka and others.

Its a shame that you claim being an amateur historian and knows so little history of India.

U.S Constitution:
"Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Pakistani constitution:
"227 Provisions relating to the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah.
(1) All existing laws shall be brought in conformity with the Injunctions of Islam as laid down in the Holy Quran and Sunnah, in this Part referred to as the Injunctions of Islam, and no law shall be enacted which is repugnant to such Injunctions."

300 years later: USA worlds only superpower. 70 years later: Pakistan a failed state.
