Actually Pakistani deputy director of Military export promotion organization, claimed tha Pakistan was negotiating for Su-35 & Su-37.
That shows how uninformed even a senior Pakistani military official I that he does not even know that Su-37 is a cancelled technology demo.

So conpared to that it's no surprising that some lower level Pakistani official made a poster claiming to get S-400.
