Russians are very strict with ToT, pak should stick to working with China.

Pakistan may also reach an agreement with Russia to buy the Pantsir-S1 short-to-medium range surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery weapon system, the Mi-28E all-weather attack helicopters, and the 9K37 Buk Grizzly missile system, said a report in Want China Times on June 26.

Islamabad is already considering purchasing advanced Yak-130 trainer jets for its air force from Moscow, according to reports. “Pakistan Air Force officials have been talking to executives from Rosoboronexport and Irkut, the maker of the Yak-130, in various arms trade shows, though no definite intention to buy has been received,” the Australian Defense Industry news website defenseworld.net reported on August 20. The Yakovlev Yak-130 aircraft can be deployed as a light strike aircraft or as a trainer for a range of fourth or fifth generation fighters, according to ViewsWeek.com. The Russian Air Force is using as many as 300 of these jets.

Responding to the recent news that India and Russia will ink a contract in 2017 for the procurement of four to five regiments of Russian-made S-400 Triumf advanced Air Defense Systems (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler), the Pakistan military is now purportedly considering purchasing a number of S-400 units as well, a high-ranking Pakistan military official told Russian state media on February 15.

“Russia has good tanks, helicopters, electronic equipment, air defense systems that Pakistan may consider. S-400 is a big ticket number and it will all depend on our budget,” the military official told Sputnik News, the foreign language arm of Russian news agency RIA Novosti. Pakistan officially spends about $7 billion annually on defense, although the real number may be substantially higher, and is in the process of modernizing its military forces.

Thanks for posting...but its irrelevant to this thread...

It is relevant. Hopefully it would wake up all delusional Indians who think that India has a veto on Russian military sales to Pakistan.

Russia had sold equipment like RD-93s, MI-35s etc in the past would continue to sell equipment like SU-35, S-400s, Pantsirs in the future.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — "Pakistan is involved in negotiations with Russia on a deal for Su-35 and Su-37. We are in initial stage now," Qadir Khan said.

According to Qadir Khan, the Pakistani Defense Ministry's delegation which came to the Army-2016 expo includes technical experts, who assess capabilities of the jets as well as look for Russian helicopters.

"We already have Russian transport helicopters Mi-17, but we are looking for other helicraft, and we are looking at assessment of Mi-35 to buy in the near future," Qadir Khan added.

The Army-2016 expo, organized by the Russian Defense Ministry, kicked off on Tuesday and is due to last through Sunday. The forum is held in the military-themed Patriot Park in Kubinka near Moscow and in a number of locations in Russia's military districts.

The event brings together representatives from the Russian defense industry, research institutes, universities, as well as foreign companies. Over 800 Russian and foreign participants are expected to be involved in some 7,000 exhibitions throughout the week. The forum's participants and guests are attending a number of conferences and roundtables to discuss the future development of military technology.

The fact the he mentioned Su-37 along with Su-35 shows that how laughable and poor his knowledge and hence nothing from him is reliable.
Also he is an official of DEPO which is a part of Pakistan Defence department so it makes him a defence official.

Also the pucs you posted are of a standard Rosboronexport stall at every defence expo.
They showcased the same stuff in expos in France and Israel, that dies not mean they were going to sell them to France and Israel.

Anyways as long as Putin does not visit Pakistan, it shows Russia does not consider it to be a important defence partner or even customer.

After SU-35 saga now its time for S-400 . Russia is selling Fifth generation fighter to India why would they threaten their own machine by selling S-400 . Its true Russia Pakistan relation is increasing but Pakistan getting S-400 is hard to believe but if the news is true it surly huge improvement in Pakistan's air defence .

Pakistan is not in talks for S-400, recent statement by Rosboronexport head has made it clear that Pakistan is not among the countries who are possible S-400 clients.

How so? both su35 and 37 exist. And he didnt promise anything but initial talks.

Also the pucs you posted are of a standard Rosboronexport stall at every defence expo.

Except for the fact that this was the first time... they offered and marketed those to Pak... in a Pak exhibition.
Anyways as long as Putin does not visit Pakistan, it shows Russia does not consider it to be a important defence partner or even customer.
As long as we get what we are looking for... it doesnt matter... so u can keep cryin and denying the geopolitical shifts occuring globally.

No such thing as Su-37 sales exists since it was a technology demonstrator and never an aircraft program.
It's as absurd as someone claiming they will buy yf-23.

All Rosboronexport expo stands irrespective of the location display those products, that does not mean they offered to host as many defence attaches posted to host country visit the exhibition too.

Anywsy you can keep dreaming about S-400 and Pantsir

not all negotiation convert into deals, that maybe wish list of PA.. so calm down bharatis.
