Boots on ground inside Kunar and Nuristan is not something that has happened for the first time hence it is not a surprise, however ISPR has also not claimed it however it is logical that someone or something was there to guide the artillery either from the ground or from the air.

Reminds me of the mian mithoo case. PPPP has always promoted itself as liberal and left leaning when it is anything but. They have fooled us liberals for decades. And then their extreme corruption can be proven by the fact that there are 25000 ghost schools in Pakistan. Around 8000 are in Sindh. The PPPP from ZAB times has promoted itself as liberal but in reality it was ZAB who banned drinking even for minorities and called Ahmedis kaffir. The Pakistan Peoples Party's rule has been marked with the most lack of nationalism too.

This can be proven by the fact when Yousuf Raza Gillani was asked about Samjhauta he said it was unproven. Oh bhai, even Indian media is saying Samjhauta was done by Abhinav Bharat. Army occupies the highest posts in the region. Arty obsrs are present there throughout. The topography slopes steeply towards afg from the border hence clear observation.
Our artillery covers the border plus 3 to 5 km inter afg coverage. Engagment of tgts inside afg is not difficult. Heck tgts inside Afg are already recorded in the bty CPs.
Once the first rd is fired (which is almost never on tgt due to sifferent reasons) the terrorists will take cover inside the caves (TOF 30 - 40 secs). Hitting a cave by 155 at high angle fire while having a CEP 51 Ms (For a new gun) at 12000 ms / ch 6 is almost impossible. Hence effectiveness is reduced.
