What's new

Pakistan intelligence rift shows deepening US frustration: analysts

Easy there - The frustration is not because ISI is successful, but that the CIA is a net failure there.

And as usual, since Americans are "exceptional", their failure is somebody else's fault.

However; there is another dynamic here (see "Trilateral Alliance" in the Strategic Board)

The US now realizes that this enterprise is in danger of collapse and it realizes that without Pakistan it is most definitely in danger of collapse sooner rather than later -- it seeks to coerse Pakistani compliance -- stuff such as Baitullah Masood, Border tension, the killing of Pakistani soldiers in a artillery/bomb barrage, now this favour to their partners -- all these are pin pricks - The U.S know that if Pakistanis get serious, the first thing they will do is stop fuel supplies, then it's goodbye to the supply train - then lets see how mouthy the Americans are prepared to be.

So, easy, take it easy - this game is for long distance runners, and that is a lonely enterprise -- You realize of course that long distance runners to it for the internal satisfation of job well done, not external praise.

:) yes indeed anything happens in Afghanistan will get World Attention

And thats why India in collaboration with CIA carried out Kabul blast as on the one hand India got world attention and on the other hand Pakistan was blamed for these.

Furthermore CIA. NATO got another excuse to blam own weakness to contain fighters in Afghanistan, on Pakistan.

India and CIA shot two sparrows with one arrow rather three sparrow.

:) The involvement of CIA is the strongest reason NOT to believe it.

And who are these "many" who are not gonna believe us ??

The US/NATO/CIA, India and Karzai !

The world dont believe them either.

And now look at the chronology of blams and plan by CIA, and India to damage ISI.

1. Soon after the Kabul Indian Embassy blast, Indian offcial called for destroying ISI.
2. Karzai started barking at ISI saying it was involved in attack on him.
3. CIA, US pressurized Rehman Malik to bring ISI under his ministry.
4. The attempt by CIA to break up ISI was miserbly failed.
5. CIA after facing humiliation in White House over failur to bring down ISI, had issued this report.

Now one can see the exis between CIA, India, Karzai against ISI.

Sadly no-one is going to belive your imagination, and it will not sell outside pakistan.

ISI's role is now exposed.

"Many" - means all except Pakistan.

Tell me one country which says that this is not the work of Pakistan ? The real face of ISI is now known to the entire world.

ISI is doing operations without making proper analysis of its implications. The blood of one Indian Soldier [Brig. Mehta] is costing pakistan very dear.

who cares about the blood of your brigadier...what about the blood of Pakistanis in FATA. Let see how much its gonna cost India.:pakistan:

And your definition of the word WORLD is? ISI is exposed according to who your imagination. There is another thread about Rehman malik getting a pat by the US. Go check that out. Do you think the world is unaware of what India is up too, think again. This time the only thing that will get expose is the dual policy of the US. We have given them the proofs, what remains to be seen is now how will they going to react to it.

One can understand your frustration dear as even by killing your own brigadier India failed to get the desired results and now after failing to damage ISI :) the Indian master CIA is also having high BP.

"Many" except Pakistan means US for India .

Name the countries who are blaming ISI for that .

Its only US/CIA and few of her allies.

Even if the entire NATO does so how many of NATO has ???

Sleep tight dear you have to plan alot of such bomb basts for getting more world attention.

till then :coffee:

^^

wow, so now India has planted the bomb to kill own brigadier, what a irresponsible sentence.

Frustration is what you are letting out here !!

We are celebrating because ISI's role is exposed.

All countries know the record of CIA and if no body is opposing it, it means they are agreeing to it.

Truth alone wins - This is our national motto and is exactly what is happening now.

These items raise suspicions:

1. The article is in a series by Mark Mazzaetti
2. These were first published in NYT

additionally, whereas in recent years we recall coersive diplomacy, son of coersive diplomacy and now the sequel - we will note that claims were made based on "intercepted communications" in each of these cases.

Further it will be noted that Mr. Mazzetti makes the incredible claim that the "evidence" was "described" to him, and yet no where in the article does he describe the evidence for his readers.

Additionally, we would do well to review the last article by Mr. Mazzetti within it's context, that is to say, it is unreasonable to not see or review it along with the other two that preceded it - would everyone agree wit that methodology? - seems to me to be reasonable.

And of course readers will not have failed to note that Mr. Haqqani is prominent in last two of the articles.

Additionally, we will recall that one of these explosions ought to be taken as events that are not connected - isn't that so?

This is your conspiracy theory keep it to yourself.

And keep the conspiracy theories concocted by Indians and CIA to yourself my dear.

Blaming everything on others wont do any good to you guys.

Lets always try and put forwards positions that are persuasive or at least attempts at it, lets not get into personal attacks, we won't learn anything and the whle discussion goes south.

You got to be kidding me. Truth alone wins is your national motto, that got to be the biggest joke of the millennium.

Okay ladies, catfight is over now back to the topic or I'll be forced to delete posts. :mod:

and when the hell any Indian has blamed there seasonal flu to pakistan?

You do even for a mouse that is killed in India. Only this time a person from your very own opposition party exposed the real culprits. It must have been a heart broken for you guys sadly but true.
