Pakistani Flags have all those light and dark green colors. The Pakistani flag colour has changed over years. So all acceptable...I like the bright green shade.

Brother I donot know about Pakistani Flag rules but i think there is something or the other in place. As for your argument above, here is a lil snippet from wiki about Indian flag :-
In 1951, after India became a republic, the Indian Standards Institute (now the BIS) brought out the first official specifications for the flag. These were revised in 1964 to conform to the metric system which was adopted in India. The specifications were further amended on 17 August 1968.[6] The specifications cover all the essential requirements of the manufacture of the Indian flag including sizes, dye colour, chromatic values, brightness, thread count and hemp cordage. The guidelines are covered under civil and criminal laws and defects in the manufacturing process can result in punishments that include fines or jail terms

Yesterday Indian flags in lulu were also made in China.

Btw, we import flags from china? I mean how tough is a flag to make?

The Chinese company that made the flags should correct the mistake and offers the next shipment for free, that will benefit the merchants and the public. A letter of apology if so desired.

Thanks for the post, it made me spend some time learning "Pakistan Green". The official color seems to be in between of the two colors in the first picture. The manufacture should've treated this more seriously. I am wondering whether it is for technical reasons.

A few years ago, the blue part of the French flag imported by France from China was also mistaken.
Some Chinese businessmen do lack the necessary common sense and preciseness.
